How I fixed my Rotator Cuff in 24 hours.
I fell on the ice in my driveway and used this method to heal my Rotator Cuff in 24 hours..
It was a cold afternoon on February 12th 2020. My wife left the garbage cans out on the driveway. I was trying to be helpfull and was bringing them in. At the same time I had my dogs running around making everything crazy.
Out of nowwhere my feet flew out from under me causing me to crash onto the ice cold pavement. I heard a POP!

2. Have your significant other make you dinner and bring you things.
3. Have your children do the dishes.
4. Most importantly have plenty of marital relations with your spouse.
